Dayspring United Methodist Church is a Reconciling Congregation. All people, regardless of age, gender, race, color, ethnicity, sexual orientation, gender identity, economic status, or ability, are welcome into the full life of this congregation.

Our mission as a youth group is to nurture, inspire, and equip EACH youth member at Dayspring to know God through authentic faith, to practice love for God, to love and serve their neighbors, to understand and use the Bible, to make wise choices, to develop healthy relationships, and to participate fully in the life of the church.

Who's in charge?

Erin Larkin is the Youth Coordinator at Dayspring United Methodist church. Originally from Plainfield, IL, a graduate of St. Ambrose University with a Bachelors Degree in Theology and Psychology, a Masters in Business Administration. Erin resides in Scottsdale, Arizona with her wife, Jamie, and their daughter Nora.

Having been a youth director and retreat coordinator for many years, Erin has a HUGE passion for creating a space for teens to explore their faith, create lasting friendships and have a lot of fun.

It was her high school youth group experience that inspired her to step in to the role of Youth Coordinator at Dayspring - to give to others what was given to her.

When not working or spending time with her family,

Erin is an avid marathon runner, golfer, reader

and professional dancer in the kitchen.

Who We Support

Dayspring Youth Tempe sees the value in providing the city’s youth with all the tools, resources, and support they need in order to reach their potential. Ever since our founding in 2000, we have strived to create a more vibrant and compassionate neighborhood where Dayspring Youth Tempe is seen as an essential leader in making our city a world-class place to live and raise a family. We go above and beyond to prepare our youth to become responsible, actively engaged global citizens and leaders.
